Page Settings let you control how the Request a Quote page looks and behaves for customers.

“Request a Quote” Page

Select the page where the quote form and quote list will appear.
The selected page must contain the [psmraq] shortcode.

Layout

Choose how the quote list and form are displayed.

Side by side – Product list and form appear next to each other.

Product list above, form below – Product list shows first, form appears under it.

Form Title

Set the heading shown above the quote request form.
Example: Send the request.

Quote List Items

Choose what information is shown in the quote list.

You can enable or disable:

Product thumbnail
Product price
Product SKU
Quantity
Single product total amount
Total amount of all products

Enable “Refresh List” Button

Shows a button to refresh the quote list.
Useful when quantities or products change.

“Refresh List” Button Title

Change the text shown on the refresh button.
Example: Refresh List.

Enable “Clear List” Button

Shows a button to remove all products from the quote list.

“Clear List” Button Title

Set the text for the clear list button.
Example: Clear List.

Post Submission Action

Choose what happens after the user submits the quote request.

Show simple text message – Displays a success message.
Redirect to custom thank you page – Sends the user to another page.
Redirect to Quote URL – Redirects to a specific quote page.

Post Submission Text Message

Enter the message shown after successful submission.
This message appears if the text message option is selected above.

Save the settings after making changes.
Your Request a Quote page will update instantly.

Shortcode

The PSM Request a Quote plugin uses a shortcode to display the quote form and quote list on a page.

Default Shortcode

This shortcode shows:

The quote product list
The request a quote form

Both appear together on the same page.

How to Use the Shortcode

Go to Pages → Add New or edit an existing page.
Paste the shortcode [psmraq] into the page content.
Publish or update the page.
Select this page in Page Settings → “Request a Quote” Page.

Where to Use It

You can add the shortcode in:

WordPress page editor (Block or Classic)
Elementor shortcode widget
Any page builder that supports shortcodes

Important Notes

The shortcode is required for the Request a Quote page to work.
Without the shortcode, the quote form and list will not appear.
