Questions

Question
Answer
Do I need to enter a price for each currency?
No. Enter one price in your store currency. The plugin converts it.
Can customers pay in other currencies?
Yes. The cart and checkout use the chosen currency, if you allow it in the Checkout tab. Your payment gateway must support that currency.
Can I use my own exchange rates?
Yes. Set the currency's Rate Mode to Manual and type your rate. See Manage Currencies.
How often do rates update?
In the free plugin, when you click Refresh exchange rates. In Pro, on a schedule you choose. See Auto-update exchange rates.
Does the plugin detect the visitor's currency?
Can I change my store currency?
Yes, in WooCommerce settings. The plugin adds the new currency and updates Auto rates. Check your Manual rates yourself.
Will it slow down my site?
The plugin is light. Use cache plugin mode if you use caching.
Do old orders change when the rate changes?
No. Each order keeps the currency and the rate that were used.
