Email Notification

The PSM Multicurrency for WooCommerce plugin includes an email notification feature. This feature keeps you informed about automatic exchange rate updates.

What This Feature Does

• Sends an email notification to the site admin

• Notifies about exchange rate updates

• Works automatically on a scheduled interval

How Notifications Work

The plugin updates exchange rates using WordPress cron.
After each update, it sends an email notification to the admin.

You can fully control how often these emails are sent.

Set the Update Interval

To choose how often exchange rates are updated:

1. Go to PSM Plugins > Multi Currency > Advanced

2. Find Auto-update exchange rates

3. Open Select interval

4. Choose the desired time interval

5. Click Submit the changes

The system will now send notifications based on this interval.

Edit the Email Template

You can customize the notification email.

To edit the email content:

1. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Emails

2. Find [PSMWMC] Exchange Rate Notification

3. Click Manage

4. Edit the subject, heading, and message

5. Save your changes
   
   

Important Notes

• Emails are sent only when auto-update runs

• Admin email is used as the recipient

• You can change the template anytime

• The feature works automatically once enabled
