Customers can respond to a quote directly from the website as well as from the email notifications they receive. These actions make it easy for customers to review and decide on a quote without any confusion.

Customer Actions on the Website

When a customer opens the quote page on your site, they can see the quote details, pricing, and validity.

  • Accept Quote
    The customer can accept the quote to proceed with the order. Once accepted, the quote is converted into a regular WooCommerce order.

  • Reject Quote
    The customer can reject the quote if they do not wish to proceed. The quote status is updated accordingly.

  • View Quote Details
    Customers can review products, quantities, prices, and any messages added by the admin before taking action.

Customer Actions via Email Notifications

Customers can also take action directly from the quote emails sent by the system.

  • Accept Quote from Email
    The email contains a link or button that allows the customer to accept the quote without logging in.

  • Reject Quote from Email
    The customer can reject the quote using the option provided in the email.

  • View Quote Online
    A link in the email lets the customer open the quote on the website to review full details before making a decision.

What Happens After Customer Action
  • When a quote is accepted, the order status is updated and the admin is notified.

  • When a quote is rejected, the quote is marked as rejected and no further action is required unless the admin follows up.

These customer actions ensure a smooth and flexible quote approval process across both the website and email.
