These Pro settings control the PDF version of your quotes: if customers can download it, how the file is named, and if it is attached to the email.

Customers can download a PDF version of their quotes.

PDF file name
The name of the PDF file. You can use
%rand% for a random number and %quote_id% for the quote ID.quote_%rand%
Attach PDF version to quote email
Attaches a PDF copy of the quote to the email sent to the customer.
On
Email body without product list (when PDF attached)
When on, the email does not list the products, because they are in the PDF.
Off
Click Save Changes when you finish.
A clear file name helps
Use quote_%quote_id% to make a file name such as quote_123.pdf. Customers find it easily in their downloads.
